The FIFA has denied to deliver directly to the judge of the National High Court, Pablo Ruz, the documentation on the signing of Neymar by the FC Barcelona that Ruz had demanded through the Spanish Federation of Football
The FIFA has denied to deliver the documentation because it alleges that it will do it by means of the rogatory commission cursada to the Swiss judicial authorities, and no through the Spanish Federation of Football.
Pablo Ruz had asked the documents to the international organism of football after admitting to formality the querella interposed against Sandro Rosell by undue appropriation in the signing of Neymar. The querellado, days afterwards, decided to resign like president of the FC Barcelona not to prejudice the image of the club.
