The FIFA keeps the sanction and the Barça will not be able to fichar until 2016

"The FC Barcelona will have to fulfil the prohibition to inscribe players so much to national level like international during two periods of traspasos consecutive complete from the next period of registrations (January of 2015), since the president of the Commission of Appeal of the FIFA had conceded effect suspensivo to the appeal of the club. The same publication ensures, besides, that the final resolutions already have communicated previously this Wednesday 20 August to the FC Barcelona and to the RFEF before making public . The Barça, now, could resort again to the TAS to try reduce or cancel the sanction, that will go in in effect from this next 31 August.
