The serial on the future of Neymar, big aim of the FC Barcelona in the market of signings, continues on its course but every time seem to be more the proofs that aim that the Brazilian forward does not go to move of Paris Saint-Germain once finish the season. If this Thursday his mate Leandro Walls ensured that it would remain in the Park of the Princes, this time was his lawyer, Marcos Motta, the one who seemed to insinuate the same.

In his talk designated 'The challenges of the system of transfer of players and the paper of the agents and lawyers in time of the COVID-19', the Brazilian lawyer auguró a market without important movements owing to the economic sequelas of the coronavirus. Something that sounds to important track of face to the future of the Brazilian forward, that every time seems nearer to Paris and more far of Barcelona.

"There will be brusque movements in the next window of market"

Marcos Motta has clear that no only go to reduce the quantity of operations, but also the importance of the same. "The market of signings goes to change in the next months, goes to be more realistic, sophisticated and punctual. I foresee few signings because they are not good for the image of the industry and the movements will not be brusque", said, something that sounds to insinuation taking into account the big dimensions that would carry the traspaso of Neymar.

The Brazilian lawyer followed explaining the economic fall of the clubs. "The 'bubble' of the world of the football has broken . We live in a world of illusion, but this is not the reality. Never in the history, from the Second World War, the clubs were in this situation. They have fallen the sale of entrances, the income by merchandising and sponsorship... All the industry has gone out prejudiced", said.

Motta, that is member of the council of the European Association of Agents of Football (EFAA) and of the International Association of Lawyers of Football (AIAF), spoke on guidelines of the FIFA on the enlargement of the agreements. "They are not rules because FIFA can not decide but it does it the legislation of each one of the countries. I do not conceive that a club expand the agreement without the anuencia of the player. The important is that it exist a collaboration between the parts, and that do of form consensuada, never of unilateral way", said, specifying that they are recommendations and no norms.

Optimism on the football

About the future, Motta was optimistic and signalled that the industry of the football will be one of the first in surpassing the economic crisis. "It forms part of the Entertainment and is the second more hit by the crisis after the industry of the tourism. But few gather the cultural appearances, social and economic like the football, and in countries like Germany, Spain and Brazil is working so that it was the engine to go out of the crisis", sentenced.
