The National High Court asks that it impute to the Barça

The Fiscalía of the National High Court has requested to the judge commissioned of the case, Pablo Ruz, that impute to the FC Barcelona like legal person by the 'Case Neymar'. They ensure that the process could unchain hard economic sanctions for the Barcelona group

In this request considers that the club has defrauded to Inland revenue 9,1 million euros in the operation of the signing of the Brazilian forward. The request frames in the procedure against Sandro Rosell that initiated the partner of the club Jordi Marry. Of this way, the process, that up to now only involved to the ex president of the entity, affects now all the FC Barcelona. 

For treating of a process against a legal person will not derive penalties of prison, but yes can give off important economic sanctions. The writing that has remitted the public prosecutor José Perals reports the existence of indications of fiscal crime "in mock agreements and in the realisation of operations of financial engineering with the pretence to deceive to the Public Inland revenue".
