The FIFA has announced that the Football Club Barcelona will not be able to fichar to the two next markets (summer of 2014 and winter of 2015) by infringements related with the traspaso and the registration of lower players of 18 years. 2 - If the transfer effects inside the territory of the European Union and the player has between 16 and 18 years.
3 - If the player lives in his house to a lower distance of 50 kilometres of the border, and the club of the neighbouring association is also to a lower distance of 50 km of the border".

The FIFA understands that the six footballers did not fulfil any of the exceptions. And therefore it has decided to sanction him.
