The Real Madrid will know in the next hours the sanction of the FIFA of two markets without being able to fichar, and Florentino Pérez would have prepared already a resource to the TAS if the Committee of Appeal does not forgive the sanction to the club merengue
In spite of the contacts and the negotiations that has carried to dark Florentino Pérez, the FIFA will ratify in the next hours -except capital surprise- the sanctions against Real Madrid and Athletic of Madrid by irregular contractings of players in age of training, a punishment that already received the FC Barcelona of Josep Maria Bartomeu does year and half.
Both clubs of the Spanish capital requested the suspension cautelar to the TAS and by this reason have been able to fichar this summer, but this will not prevent that said sanction begin to fulfil from the next month of January 2017.
Now, the two teams prepare not to can fichar during the two next markets of signings, although Florentino Pérez would plan to resort to the TAS if the Committee of Appeal does not forgive him the sanction, something more than likely to these heights and that it would be a scandal of the contrary.

Everything seems to indicate that, except surprise, the Committee of Appeal will keep the sanction of not being able to fichar in two windows of market, the one of this winter and the one of the next summer, by what the Real Madrid will not be able to incorporate to anybody until the winter of 2018, to the equal that the Athletic of Madrid. It will benefit this to the FC Barcelona? Possibly yes.
