The Court of Arbitration of the Sport has requested additional documentation to the FC Barcelona and to the Spanish Federation of Football before dictating a planned definite sentence in theory for before 31 December. The Barça will know if it sees or no reduced his sanction
The Court of Sportive Arbitration (TAS), that has to decide before 31 December on the resource presented by the FC Barcelona in the case "The Masia", has requested additional documentation so much to the Barcelona club as to the Real Spanish Federation of Football. As it has confirmed a spokesman of the club, the TAS has asked details on the existent contractual relation between the Barça and the young resident players in The Masia before taking a decision in this regard.
The Barcelona club expects the verdict after the FIFA punished to the Barça by the incumplimiento in the rule of incorporation of lower foreign players of 18 years, a procedure that opened in April of 2014, when the FIFA announced that the group barcelonista could not fichar to any player until the wintry market of 2016 by the irregularities detected between 2009 and 2013 in the signings of minors of age.
