They punish to the Barça without being able to fichar until June of 2015

The FC Barcelona could not being able to fichar this summer neither neither during the next market of winter. The Disciplinary Commission of the FIFA has sanctioned to the Real Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF) and to the FC Barcelona by infringements related with the traspaso and the registration of lower players of 18 years. The regulation says that it can not fichar non-EU lower of 18 years neither community lower of 16 years, unless his parents live in the country or that there is a distance of 50 kilometres between the parents and they. The FIFA gives to the Barça a term of 90 days for regularizar the situation of all the lower players affected.

As it has communicated the FIFA, "the sanctions have been imposed after the initial investigations undertaken by 'FIFA Transfer Matching System GmbH' during the last year, that the Disciplinary Commission of the FIFA continued like part of the disciplinary procedures.

Second has resolved the FIFA, the RFEF and the Barça have violated several relative disposals to the traspaso and the first registration of minors of foreign nationality in the club, as well as other relative norms to the registration and participation of some players in national competitions. In concrete the players would be three Korean players: Tec, Lee Seun Woo and Jang, one French, Chendry, a Cameroonian, Patrice and a Dutch, Bobby (the one who participated in the inauguration of the new Masia).

The investigations correspond to the inscribed in the club that participated in tournaments with the team during several seasons between 2009 and 2013. For the Disciplinary Commission of the FIFA treats of grave infringements and has decided to sanction to the club with a prohibition to make traspasos so much national like international during two consecutive seasons complete (during the summer of 2014 and winter of 2015) and a fine of 450 000 frank Swiss.

In 2009, Chelsea received the same sanction for fichar to the French Gaël Kakuta (resorted it to the TAS and won) but the case was different.
