Barcelona and Seville première changes in the regulation

During the last weeks the Technical Committee of Referees accepted the changes in the agreed regulation by the FIFA and the UEFA, some modifications that go in in force this Sunday with the first official party of the season in the State, the Supercopa of Spain 2016, but that will carry out also in the referee's regulations of the rest of affine countries to the European competitions.

It treats of light modifications, some of the which have been able to see already in some parties of pre-season 2016 of the Barça, and that have like aim follow improving the concept of "justice" in the sport. They will use in all the competitions, included the League 2016-17. To continuation desgranamos the fundamental points of the new regulation:

INITIAL KICKOFF WITH A PLAYER

They will not be necessary two players in the centre of the field to give beginning to the first or second part. It will suffice with a player so that it throw the balloon to backwards or, if it prefers it, shoot to door from said position, very move# away of the rival area.

DELIMITAMIENTO OF ZONES

If a member of a technical body, a player substituted or any member of the "staff" or personnel of one of the clubs that was contesting the party goes in to the field without permission, the referee will have to admonish or expel to said person. LAW OF THE ADVANTAGE

The referee will be able to signpost the law of the advantage with an arm, whereas it will not give law of the advantage and will stop the game, although the contrary team have advantage in the played, in the case that it produce a very violent entrance that have to be sanctioned in the act.

BATCHES WITH CHANGE OF ORDER

Will carry out two draws, one to choose goal and the another to choose who begins first. If a guardameta lesiona and his team has not exhausted the changes, will be able to be substituted during the batch of penaltis.

DISCIPLINARY MEASURES

The referee will be able to take disciplinary measures only since it goes in to the terrain of game to make the traditional inspection of the field until it abandons the lawn to the term of the party.

THERE will BE TRIPLE PUNISHMENT

If before it signalled penalti and red card to a player that prevented a self-evident occasion of goal, now will show so only yellow card to the player in question, unless the entrance have been very violent, without option to contest the balloon.

INDIRECT FAULT BY PROTESTS

If the protest is to a contrary player or some member of the referee's body will sanction with an indirect free shot, whereas it will be neutral boat in the case that the protest proceed of somebody of the bench.

WITHOUT PARADINHAS NEITHER OVERTAKINGS

The "paradinhas" no longer will allow , and neither that the goalkeeper advance in a penalti. If it occurs any of the two infringements, will sanction with yellow card.
