LaLiga has yet to approve the cul\u00e9 finances, partly due to the pressure from two clubs that insist on blocking the registration of the only ‘top’ reinforcement for Bar\u00e7a in the past summer market. Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid and Sevilla question the cul\u00e9 movements to adjust their salary mass<\/strong>, with the Seville club applying the most pressure on the governing body to monitor Barcelona’s finances.<\/p>
