Although LaLiga and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) argue that the azulgrana club submitted the necessary documentation to resolve the registrations of both players late, the CSD granted the precautionary measure in favor of the club to prevent the players from being affected by a legal resolution.<\/p>  <p>&#8220;The failure to adopt this precautionary measure <strong>would cause serious economic and sporting harm to the club and, above all, to the footballers<\/strong>. This could also damage the interests of the Spanish National Team, as well as those of other national competitions,&#8221; the Council argued in its resolution on January 8. In this sense, the chances of reversing this position are, at this point in the calendar, minimal for a fundamental reason: the closure of the winter transfer market.<\/p>  <h3>The Reasons for Bar\u00e7a to Trust in a Positive Ruling from the CSD<\/h3>  <p>If the CSD were to issue a negative ruling, both Dani Olmo and Pau V\u00edctor would be left without a federation contract. The market closes this Monday, February 3, at 23:59, meaning both footballers would find themselves signing with other clubs as free agents or, in legal terms, &#8220;unemployed players&#8221; due to federation resolution. <strong>This contradicts the arguments of the precautionary measure<\/strong>, directly affecting Bar\u00e7a and, primarily, the Spanish internationals.<\/p>  <p>Furthermore, UEFA will close the deadline for clubs to register their new signings from the winter transfer market next Thursday, February 6. If the CSD were to reverse the ruling, both the midfielder and the forward would be left without the option to play in European competitions for the rest of the season. <strong>In the case of the employer, it is also pending the appeal presented before the Administrative Court<\/strong>, requesting the annulment of the precautionary measure.<\/p>  <p>For now, <a data-external=\"0\" data-intl-links-en=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/en\/fc-barcelona\/tebas-again-load-against-barca-for-the-dani-olmo-case-we-ask-not-to-be-registered_310453_102.html\" data-intl-links-es=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/fc-barcelona\/tebas-vuelve-cargar-contra-barca-por-caso-dani-olmo-pedimos-no-sea-inscrito_310453_102.html\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/en\/fc-barcelona\/tebas-again-load-against-barca-for-the-dani-olmo-case-we-ask-not-to-be-registered_310453_102.html\" rel=\"follow\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Tebas Again 'Charges' Against Bar\u00e7a for the 'Dani Olmo Case': 'We Ask That He Not Be Registered'\">LaLiga has exerted the most pressure on the CSD to reverse the ruling<\/a>, but without presenting compelling appeals that demonstrate that Bar\u00e7a actually violated the regulations by submitting the necessary documentation for the sale of the VIP boxes at Spotify Camp Nou late.
