One of the footballers who was seen as one of the top candidates to reinforce the ‘9’ position at FC Barcelona in the short term was Vitor Roque<\/strong>. However, everything indicates that, at least during this 2024\/25 season, he will not have that opportunity, especially with the impressive emergence of Pau V\u00edctor<\/a>, who has shown a remarkable goal-scoring ‘voracity’ that gives the impression he could snatch the ‘Tigrinho’ spot as the game-changer in a position where Robert Lewandowski should be the undisputed starter.<\/p>

Under this premise, it would not be surprising if the one from Tim\u00f3teo, realizing that he might face another season with little playing time, is considering his options to leave the ‘cul\u00e9’ squad this summer<\/strong>. Initially, the most valued option was thought to be letting him go on loan, but recently it has been mentioned that the preferred alternative by both the player and the club is a sale<\/strong>, as the Barcelona team needs to raise funds to afford the stellar signings they have in their plans.<\/p>

Unfortunately for FC Barcelona, the most lucrative option to earn a significant profit from the Brazilian, Saudi Arabia, with its attractive financial offer through Al-Hilal<\/strong>, would have been immediately ruled out by the forward<\/a>. This forces the Catalan team to seek an economically viable and attractive alternative for the striker if they want him to continue his career in Europe.<\/p>

Vitor Roque’s Preferred Destination<\/h2>

According to reports from ‘SPORT’, Vitor Roque<\/a> would be open to a possible move to Lazio<\/strong>, the Italian team that just parted ways this summer with their historic attacking reference, Ciro Immobile, and is interested in the former Cruzeiro player as their new leader in the offensive front. The ‘celestials’ would be willing to pay 50% of his transfer fee, around 20 million euros<\/strong>, half of what Bar\u00e7a expected to receive for him (40 ‘kilos’), a sum that would allow them to recoup the 30 million invested to bring him from Athletico Paranaense.<\/p>

In this sense, it cannot be ruled out that FC Barcelona may opt to loan him out, a decision that could prove to be a double-edged sword<\/strong>. Why? Because if ‘Vitinho’ has an outstanding season, his value could increase. However, there is also the possibility that he will be unsuccessful on loan, which would cause his value to decrease even further, something that the cul\u00e9 side cannot afford.
