The FC Barcelona squad continues to rise in the European market. After its latest update, the specialized website ‘Transfermarkt’ placed Lamine Yamal<\/a> as the most valuable footballer in the world, with a market value of 200 million euros.<\/p>

The brilliant end of the season for the cul\u00e9 ’19’, who added 18 goals and 23 assists in 55 games<\/strong>, along with his exhibition against France in the Nations League ‘semis’, contributed to improving his value in the first half of the year.<\/p>

In addition to the increase in value of the Matar\u00f3 player, another seven Bar\u00e7a players have increased their value in the first half of 2025<\/strong>. In Lamine’s case, the 17-year-old winger increased his value by 20 million, as did Pedri Gonz\u00e1lez<\/a>.<\/p>

Of the current Bar\u00e7a squad, Ronald Araujo is the one who lost the most millions in value<\/strong> during the first half of the year. The ‘charr\u00faa’ is now worth 35 million, \u20ac15M less than his previous price.<\/p>

    Gavi<\/strong>, meanwhile, also dropped 10 ‘kilos’ and is now worth around \u20ac60M. Both had little prominence in the final stretch of 24\/25, as they had complications returning to their best form after missing the first few months of the season.<\/p>

    Others who paid dearly for their inactivity were Ter Stegen, Christensen and I\u00f1aki Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>, the latter due to a technical decision. The same happened with Pablo Torre and Pau V\u00edctor<\/strong>, practically invisible throughout the season.<\/p>

    The most striking case, however, is that of Robert Lewandowski<\/strong>. Although the Pole was Bar\u00e7a’s top scorer with 42 goals in 52 games, the age factor (he will turn 37 in August), along with his injury layoff in the final stretch of the season, made him drop 3 million compared to his previous price. Now, the ‘9’ is worth \u20ac12M, the same value as Ter Stegen and Christensen.<\/p>
