The underlying reason? The board closely followed the controversy generated by <a data-external=\"0\" data-intl-links-en=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/en\/laliga\/the-hidden-risk-in-mastantuono-registration-for-madrid_314192_102.html\" data-intl-links-es=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/laliga\/trampa-se-expone-real-madrid-con-franco-mastantuono_314192_102.html\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/en\/laliga\/the-hidden-risk-in-mastantuono-registration-for-madrid_314192_102.html\" rel=\"follow\" target=\"_self\" title=\"The 'trap' Real Madrid is exposed to with Franco Mastantuono\">the Madrid-Mastantuono case<\/a>, in which the&nbsp;Merengues&nbsp;registered the Argentine with a <strong>Castilla<\/strong> license (number 30), even though in practice he is a first team player.<\/p>  <p>This movement raised alarms because it could violate the regulations of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF). Specifically, article 125, section 3, states that: &#8220;the relationship of fidelity or dependence may not be used as an instrument to <strong>evade the spirit of the regulatory provisions or for any purpose<\/strong> other than that which is proper and specific to that kind of situation&#8221;.<\/p>  <p>The same article, in its section 4, adds: &#8220;any eventual agreement that contravenes this spirit shall be considered <strong>as an interpretation in fraud of the law and, therefore, radically null<\/strong>.&#8221; Given this scenario, the&nbsp;Catalan team&nbsp;has chosen not to take risks with the Swede.<\/p>  <h2>LaLiga&#8217;s position and Roony&#8217;s immediate future<\/h2>  <p>Even media such as <em>Diario AS<\/em> reported that <strong>LaLiga<\/strong> itself recommended that <strong>Barcelona<\/strong> register <strong>Bardghji<\/strong>&nbsp;only with a first team license to avoid controversies and suspicions. As is currently the case with <strong>Real Madrid<\/strong>.<\/p>  <p>The big question now is clear: will <strong>Bar\u00e7a<\/strong> manage to register <strong>Bardghji<\/strong> before matchday 2 of LaLiga EA Sports 25\/26, when the Cul\u00e9s face <strong>Levante<\/strong>?
