Bar\u00e7a would have received a new proposal to play a friendly in Morocco before Christmas. Due to the calendar, there is only room to play one match before the New Year’s break<\/h2> \r\n

The FC Barcelona<\/strong> board is still open to the possibility of playing a friendly in December, before Christmas, to raise funds and compensate for the revenue that vanished with the cancellation of the League match in Miami<\/a>. According to ‘Mundo Deportivo’, the club has received a new offer to move to Morocco<\/strong> before the end of the year.<\/p>

The African country had already been close to taking Bar\u00e7a to Casablanca<\/a><\/strong> last July, prior to the Asian preseason tour, but finally the team led by Hansi Flick only traveled to Japan and South Korea. Now, the scenario looks more favorable to accept the Moroccan offer, which could leave about 5 million euros in the Bar\u00e7a coffers.<\/p>

Morocco or Peru: Bar\u00e7a will soon decide the destination of its next friendly<\/h2>

Last week, sources close to the club leaked an offer to play in Peru on December 22nd<\/a>. LaLiga begins its Christmas break that Monday, right after the 17th matchday, where the Bar\u00e7a team will visit Villarreal.<\/p>

Although the offer to travel to South American lands could be more attractive (it would be around 8 ‘kilos’), the length of the trip complicates the logistics<\/strong> so as not to hinder the staff’s vacations.<\/p>

This year, the idea of adding another trip before the end of the year is not very pleasing to the coaching staff led by Hansi Flick<\/a>.
