FC Barcelona is failing to receive a large sum of money, due to its decision not to activate the penalty clauses established in the contract with the Turkish construction company Limak<\/strong>, responsible for the remodeling works of the Spotify Camp Nou<\/strong> stadium.<\/p>

In this sense, despite the notable delays accumulated in the execution schedule, the Catalan institution has preferred to maintain the commitment with the project operator without resorting to sanctioning measures.<\/p>
