In that sense, the veteran player looks favorably on the women’s league project in Mexico and alluded to what has been done in recent years:<\/p>

“As you know, many Spanish players and coaches have come to the Mexican league. It is a symptom that they are investing, that it has been growing for many years<\/strong> and they believe that it can become one of the best leagues in the world.\u201d<\/p>

Bar\u00e7a Femen\u00ed will play two friendly matches on Mexican soil, the first of which will be against the combined stars of the Liga MX Femenil this August 23 at 4:30 p.m. peninsular time.<\/b><\/p>

In the second match they will face Club Am\u00e9rica Femenil<\/b> at the Ciudad de los Deportes stadium this Sunday, August 24 at 8:00 p.m.<\/b> in Catalonia.<\/p>

Alexia, for now, has a contract with Bar\u00e7a until the end of the 25\/26 season, after the renewal agreed last year<\/strong>. For now, her renewal is not clear, but the best footballer on the planet in 2021 and 2022 is confident of continuing to be important for Pere Romeu’s team.<\/p>
