In this regard, the 29-year-old defender prioritizes waiting for a Blaugrana offer, knowing the club&#8217;s interest in bringing in another player for that position.<\/p>  <p><strong>The player trained at La Masia left the club in 2016 to join Benfica<\/strong>, a club that paid 2.1 million euros for his transfer and ultimately let him go for free to Leverkusen, where he has reached a high level under the management of Xabi Alonso.
