May 6, 2009: The mythical ‘Iniestazo’ at Stamford Bridge<\/h2>

May 6, 2009 is one of the most iconic dates in the history of FC Barcelona<\/strong> in the Champions League<\/strong>. On that occasion, the Barcelona team visited Chelsea<\/strong> at Stamford Bridge, in the return leg of the semi-finals. The London team took the lead with an early goal from Michael Essien<\/strong> in the 9th minute, and maintained the lead for almost the entire match.<\/p>

However, when everything seemed lost, Andr\u00e9s Iniesta scored a legendary goal in the 90+3 minute<\/strong>, after a pass from Lionel Andr\u00e9s Messi<\/strong>.
