Although the stadium will partially reopen \u2014with a reduced capacity estimated at around <strong>25,000 spectators<\/strong>\u2014, the emotion will be the same as always. Or maybe more.<\/p>  <h2>A return between cranes, emotion and collective vibration<\/h2>  <p>Although the doors will open, the works will continue to be part of the landscape. It is a neighborhood, city and identity project.
