In theory, the club should receive 200 million euros before June 30, 2025, but there are still 145 &#8216;kilos&#8217; to be justified in the Bar\u00e7a coffers.<\/p>  <p>According to the president of the National Center for Football Coaches Training (CENAFE), <strong>Miguel Gal\u00e1n<\/strong>, the Azulgrana board is very close to announcing a new investor for the company Bridgeburg Invest SL.<\/p>  <div data-oembed-url=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MiguelGalanCNFE\/status\/1934974417932550514\"> <blockquote align=\"center\" class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-dnt=\"true\"> <p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"es\">Javier Tebas LIES, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/en\/FCBarcelona_es?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@FCBarcelona_es<\/a> is in the 1:1 rule despite what <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/en\/LaLiga?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@LaLiga<\/a> and the erroneous interpretation of the auditors <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/en\/CroweSpain?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@CroweSpain<\/a> say<br><br> La Liga issued a statement in April that the Azulgrana club had left the well-known 1:1 rule, which allowed it to&#8230; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/en\/IdvaHunLTN\">pic.twitter.com\/IdvaHunLTN<\/a><\/p> \u2014 Miguel Galan (@MiguelGalanCNFE) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/en\/MiguelGalanCNFE\/status\/1934974417932550514?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 17, 2025<\/a> <\/blockquote>  <\/div>  <p>This investor, probably European, would be responsible for paying <strong>the 40 million euros that Libero Football<\/strong> finally did not pay between 2023 and 2024. In addition, Gal\u00e1n assures that the new Bar\u00e7a partner would assume a percentage of the ownership of which Bar\u00e7a still retains 53% of its shares.<\/p>  <h2>Libero&#8217;s defaults and the breakdown of the mess with Bar\u00e7a Vision<\/h2>  <p>In the summer of 2023, <strong>the German investment fund acquired 9.3% of the shares of Bridgeburg Invest in exchange for 40 million euros<\/strong>. However, the money never reached the Bar\u00e7a coffers, supposedly due to breaches by another anonymous investor associated with Libero.<\/p>  <p>Previously, <strong>Orpheus Media and Socios.com<\/strong> had also failed to comply with the promised payments for 49% (24.5% each) of the shares of Bar\u00e7a Vision. This forced the club to renegotiate the ownership and, together with Libero, <strong>Vestigia Holdings<\/strong> entered the company assuming 4.93% of the share package after paying 20 million euros.<\/p>  <p>Last summer, <strong>Amarak<\/strong>, which already owns the exploitation rights of the catering services in the new Spotify Camp Nou, assumed 6.13% of the ownership by paying 25 &#8216;kilos&#8217;.
