The Catalan Xavier Estrada Fern\u00e1ndez has querellado against the ex vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees of the Real Spanish Federation of Football, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Enr\u00edquez Negreira, by presumptive sportive corruption or sportive fraud in payments for advising to the FC Barcelona<\/a>.
