The judge instructor of the case, Joaqu\u00edn Aguirre, saw indications that the exvicepresidente of the CTA there was &#8216;washed&#8217; the money that paid him the Bar\u00e7a during several years. However, the section 21\u00aa of the Barcelonan Audience has revoked this cconfirmando that there are not proofs that back this investigation.<\/p>  <p>The judge Aguirre justified all when considering that the facts of the payments of the Bar\u00e7a to Negreira were &#8220;perfectly contrasted&#8221; and required an investigation &#8220;no too long&#8221;, centred in averiguar what pretended with them, whereas the cause by bleaching could be longer and &#8220;block without reason any&#8221; the processing of the main investigation. However, <strong>the new judges ensure that there are not reasons of weight that justify this crime of bleaching.<\/strong><\/p>  <p>&#8220;<strong>It does not give off of the cause that somebody have purchased, possess, use, convert or transmit goods knowing that have his origin in a criminal activity, by what to fault of elements indiciarios that justify the investigation of the crime of bleaching, does not proceed the training of separate piece<\/strong>&#8220;, ensure of literal form from the Audience of Barcelona.<\/p>  <h2>The Audience has other two pending resolutions<\/h2>  <p>Now, <strong>it is missing to see what decide from the Court of the City Condal on the imputaci\u00f3n of Joan Laporta, decided by the judge Aguirre and resorted by the Fiscal\u00eda<\/strong>, and also on the investigation of the crime of cohecho, in place of sportive corruption, that is what sees the Fiscal\u00eda, when considering that Negreira is not a civil servant of the Spanish state.
