FC Barcelona<\/strong> will have a large delegation this Monday, September 22nd at the Th\u00e9\u00e2tre du Ch\u00e2telet in Paris<\/strong> for the 2025 gala of the Ballon d’Or<\/strong>. In total, four footballers from the first men’s team and eight representatives from the women’s reserve team will accompany Joan Laporta and four other club directors at the event organized by ‘France Football’ and UEFA.<\/p>

For the first time since 2019, a Bar\u00e7a player arrives as a favorite for the men’s Ballon d’Or. Lamine Yamal<\/a>, who already became the youngest nominee in history<\/a> in 2024, is, along with Ousmane Demb\u00e9l\u00e9<\/strong>, the great candidate of the 2025 edition. <\/p>

        For the election of the winners, voters rely on three key criteria:<\/p>

        3. Fair play and class on and off the field<\/li> <\/ol>

          In the men’s category, 180 sports journalists vote, who assign points to their candidates (6, 4, 3, 2 and 1 respectively). For the Women’s Ballon d’Or<\/strong>, the format is similar, although with a jury composed of 50 journalists specialized in the women’s category.<\/p>
