the obligation that the clubs are sportive anonymous societies to participate in professional competitions and the one of the banking guarantee of 15% of the budget of cost, <\/strong>a measure that involves directly to the FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF, Athletic Club of Bilbao and to the Osasuna, the only of First that are not SAD.<\/p>  <p>It stood out that with this measure has followed the line of the PNB and the approach of the club Amorebieta<strong>. &#8220;The Government treats to give juridical security to the sportive practice, beginning for recognising the right to the physical activity and the sport and that the public powers guarantee the free practical without discrimination and in conditions of security&#8221;, <\/strong>said.<\/p>  <h4>A law for all<\/h4>  <p><strong>It aimed that for the preparation of the law already had of a lot of work done, with the text approved by the Government in February of 2019 during the stage of Jos\u00e9 Guirao in the ministry that did
