The ‘Negreira case’ continues to generate controversy in the immediate area. Taking into account this, and considering that the complaint presented in 2023, that is to say, 13 years afterwards and without being directed specifically to the Catalan, these presumptive crimes would be prescribed, independently of the applicable penal type.<\/p>

The Public Ministry also argues that it does not have felt to pursue to a mandator by the acts committed by his successor<\/strong>, even if it builds the crime continued, as it does it the magistrate.
