Good news for FC Barcelona<\/strong>. It is important to remember that the legal provisions referred to are articles 130.2 and 141.5 of the General Regulations of the RFEF, whose literal interpretation prevents a player whose license is revoked from obtaining a license in the same team or club to which they were already linked within the same season.<\/p>

According to this information, the Federation is clear that the rule was created for players who were going to disengage and in other circumstances<\/strong>,, <\/strong>but the case of Dani Olmo and Pau V\u00edctor<\/strong> presents another level of complexity. In fact, the regulations are being reviewed and changes may be made in the future to prevent other players from being affected.<\/p>

Barcelona can present the report from the RFEF to the CSD<\/h3>

In any case, this report from the RFEF is a positive development for Barcelona<\/strong>,, <\/strong>which can present it to the Higher Sports Council (CSD), to which it will appeal on Tuesday against the decision of the federation and LaLiga, and request a provisional measure to register Dani Olmo and Pau V\u00edctor<\/strong>.<\/p>
