The body chaired by Jos\u00e9 Manuel Rodr\u00edguez Uribes granted the precautionary measure to the blue and garnet team due to it being a matter of &#8220;public interest&#8221; that involved two internationals with Spain. In this regard, the newspaper &#8216;Ara&#8217; leaked part of the text sent to LaLiga and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).<\/p>  <p>According to the CSD, after reviewing the appeal submitted by Bar\u00e7a, it was confirmed that: &#8220;<strong>The club provided the documentation proving compliance with the economic control regulations to achieve the mentioned budgetary balance by December 31, 2024<\/strong> and LaLiga communicated to the club the agreement of the budget validation body on January 3, 2025&#8243;.<\/p>  <p>In this sense, the Council adds: &#8220;<strong>Whether the documentation was sent within the term or not and whether it should lead to the extension of the licenses will be analyzed at the time the substance of the matter is addressed<\/strong>&#8220;. For now, the governing body insists that, although Bar\u00e7a sent part of the documents before the established deadline (23:59 on December 31), the certification of having received the corresponding money for 40% of the box sales was missing, which the Catalans submitted on January 3.<\/p>  <h3>Bar\u00e7a is confident in a favorable final ruling from the CSD, despite LaLiga&#8217;s pressure<\/h3>  <p>Bar\u00e7a closed the operation for 100 million euros with two investors from the Middle East (Qatar and Dubai) and claims that the cancellation of the players&#8217; licenses and their consequent deregistration from LaLiga <strong>was related to a &#8220;regulatory provision&#8221; from the governing body<\/strong>. This point, along with <strong>the &#8220;right to work&#8221; and the risk of not being able to play with the National Team<\/strong> led the CSD to approve the precautionary measure in favor of the blue and garnet team.<\/p>  <p>Dani Olmo and Pau V\u00edctor are eligible to play in the Supercopa de Espa\u00f1a and the rest of the official competitions with Barcelona, so there is no risk of accusations for improper alignment against the Catalans. <strong><a data-external=\"0\" data-intl-links-en=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/en\/fc-barcelona\/dani-olmo-and-pau-victor-case-the-deadline-for-the-precautionary-registration-granted-by-the-csd_309951_102.html\" data-intl-links-es=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/fc-barcelona\/caso-dani-olmo-pau-victor-plazo-limite-inscripcion-cautelar-otorgada-por-csd_309951_102.html\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/en\/fc-barcelona\/dani-olmo-and-pau-victor-case-the-deadline-for-the-precautionary-registration-granted-by-the-csd_309951_102.html\" rel=\"follow\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Dani Olmo Case: The deadline for the precautionary registration granted by the CSD\">The Council will have until the first week of April (7) to issue its final ruling<\/a><\/strong>.
