Real Madrid<\/a> keeps open the possibility of signing another central defender and one of the latest names associated with the ‘Casa Blanca’ is Ibrahima Konat\u00e9<\/strong>. The defender of Liverpool<\/a> comes from adding a couple of goals and assists in 42 matches (3,372 minutes)<\/strong> with the ‘reds’, being an undisputed starter in the team led by Arne Slot.<\/p>

According to ‘The Guardian’, the 26-year-old defender would have no intention of renewing with Liverpool<\/strong> and, entering his last year of contract, his exit price may drop considerably. At the moment, the ‘5’ is listed for around 60 million euros in Transfermarkt, 20 ‘kilos’ more than what the English team paid RB Leipzig for his transfer in 2021 (40 M\u20ac).<\/p>

The Frenchman’s contract ends at the end of 25\/26<\/strong> and the Whites would seek to repeat the formula with which they managed to sign Trent Alexander-Arnold this year.<\/p>

Although Madrid finally had to pay compensation to Liverpool<\/a> so that the full-back could play in the Club World Cup, his signing was a blow to the ‘reds’.
