Athanasios Rantos, general lawyer of the European Union,<strong> determined that the FIFA and the UEFA did not commit abuse of his dominant position in the European competitions when taking the decision to block with the threat of sanctions the creation of a parallel competition to the approved by both entes<\/strong>. Such is the case of the Superliga, project which still support the Real Madrid, the <a data-external=\"0\" data-intl-links-en=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/en\/fc-barcelona\" data-intl-links-es=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/fc-barcelona\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/en\/football-soccer\/fc-barcelona.html\" rel=\"follow\" target=\"_self\" title=\"FC Barcelona\">FC Barcelona<\/a> and the Juventus.<\/p>  <p>&#8220;<strong>The norms of the FIFA and of the UEFA that supeditan the creation of any new competition to a previous permission are compatible with the Right of the Union in matter of competition<\/strong>&#8220;, went the verdict issued by the judge of the Court of Luxembourg, after a first assessment, orientative and no vinculante.<\/p>  <p>After this determination, the Superliga, represented by Bernd Reichart, communicated his official answer. &#8220;<strong>The opinion of the General Lawyer is a step in a still open case, and are satisfied with the recognition of the right of third to organise competitions paneuropeas of clubs<\/strong>. The General Lawyer left clear that the UEFA has a position monopol\u00edstica that comports important responsibilities to the hour to allow to third act freely in the market&#8221;, affirmed.<\/p>  <p>Besides, the CEO of To22 Sports Management sustained that, in spite of that 80% of the judges of the Court of European Justice follow the line of these dict\u00e1menes previous, the Superliga trusts that the TJUE ttermine giving them the reason. &#8220;<strong>We think that the 15 judges of the Big Room of the TJUE that have the responsibility to examine this case will deepen of substantial form in his analysis and will offer finally to the clubs the opportunity to manage his own destination in Europe<\/strong>&#8220;, manifested.<\/p>  <h3>The aim of the project<\/h3>  <p><strong>The company To22 is codemandante in the case against two of the greater organisations of the world-wide football<\/strong>.
