Guirassy scored nine goals in the group stage, one in the playoffs<\/strong>, and, after advancing in the knockout rounds, he scored a hat-trick in the return match against Barcelona<\/strong>, although his team was eliminated on aggregate (5-3 in favor of Bar\u00e7a).<\/p>

This performance not only catapulted him to the top of the table but also allowed him to set a new record as the African footballer with the most goals in a single edition of the Champions League (13)<\/strong> and also surpass previous marks of figures such as Haaland and Lewandowski<\/strong> (10 goals in an edition with Dortmund).<\/p>
