FC Barcelona<\/strong> has gone a decade without losing to Sevilla<\/strong> at the Ram\u00f3n S\u00e1nchez Pizju\u00e1n<\/strong>. This Sunday (4:15 PM CEST), the team led by Hansi Flick<\/a> seeks to extend the streak on Sevillian soil, in addition to their fifth consecutive victory in LaLiga and the fourth as a visitor against the Hispalenses.<\/p>

Last season, Bar\u00e7a won by a landslide against the team then managed by Francisco Garc\u00eda (1-4<\/a>). Robert Lewandowski<\/strong>, Ferm\u00edn L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, Raphinha<\/strong> and Eric Garc\u00eda<\/strong> scored for the ‘cul\u00e9s’, while Rub\u00e9n Vargas had temporarily tied the game for Sevilla in the first half.<\/p>

Bar\u00e7a were champions, while the Andalusians finished in 17th place, just one point above the relegation zone. This season, the Blaugrana team comes into matchday 8 as leaders, with 21 points<\/a>, while their rival on Sunday is tenth with just 10 points out of a possible 21.<\/p>

Barcelona’s last defeat, in the League, on Sevillian soil was on matchday 7 of the 2015\/16 season (2-1)<\/strong>. Krohn-Deli and Iborra scored for the locals, while Neymar Jr. scored for a Bar\u00e7a side that would end up revalidating the title that year.<\/p>

After that, Bar\u00e7a has 6 wins and 3 draws in their last 9 visits to the Sevillian team<\/strong>. In addition to last season’s 1-4, the Blaugrana team also took all three points in 22\/23 (0-3) and 23\/24 (1-2).<\/p>
