FC Barcelona<\/strong> paid tribute to Pablo Gavi<\/strong> before the match of matchday 6 of LaLiga EA Sports 2025\/26<\/strong>, against Real Oviedo<\/strong>. The eleven players chosen by Hansi Flick<\/a> took to the pitch at the Carlos Tartiere Stadium with a shirt sending a message of support to the midfielder, who is out for four to five months after the suture of his right internal meniscus.<\/p>

‘\u00c0nims Gavi’ (Cheer up Gavi) <\/strong>was the message chosen by the ‘cul\u00e9s’ players. The Bar\u00e7a squad supported the ‘6’, along with the coaching staff<\/strong>, once the bad omens about the injury that kept him out since the end of August were confirmed. The 21-year-old player underwent an arthroscopy that detected a major problem in the same knee operated on in November 2023.<\/p>

The ‘cul\u00e9s’ could not use this shirt against Mallorca (0-3)<\/a> and Levante (2-3)<\/a>, since LaLiga’s ‘Kit selector’ considered that there was not enough contrast with the colors of the ‘bermellones’ and ‘granotas’. Therefore, the team had to use its green shirt from last season (third kit of the 24\/25 season).<\/p>

The team led by Hansi Flick used its second shirt for the current season in the friendly match of the Asian tour against FC Seoul (3-7)<\/a>, in what was the first rout of the summer for the Catalans. That day, three of those injured against Oviedo<\/a> scored for Bar\u00e7a: Lamine Yamal, Ferm\u00edn L\u00f3pez and Gavi.<\/p>

Of the three, the only one with hopes of reappearing soon (against Real Sociedad or PSG) is Lamine<\/a>. Ferm\u00edn will be out until mid-October (after the break). As for the shirts, Barcelona has already used its three official options for the 25\/26 season, with the orange one, with a retro design (Total 90), being the one chosen for Champions League matches away from home.<\/p>
