The ‘albirrojos’ have gone six matchdays without a win (3 draws and 3 losses), with their last victory against Las Palmas on February 3 (2-1)<\/strong>. Since the surprising elimination in the second round of the Copa del Rey against Logro\u00f1\u00e9s (0-0, 4-3 p.), M\u00edchel’s team has not been able to get back on track and has only won one match in all of 2025 (the aforementioned victory against the canaries).<\/p>

Not surprisingly, the Montilivi team has fallen to 13th place in the standings, with only 34 points<\/strong>. Last season, at this point in the championship, Girona had accumulated 62 points, one more than Bar\u00e7a and was second in the table, 7 behind Real Madrid.
