FC Barcelona closed LaLiga EA Sports 2024\/25 with a comfortable victory against Athletic Club (0-3)<\/a> which meant the sixteenth thrashing of the team led by Hansi Flick in a tournament where they were clear dominators from start to finish.<\/p>

Bar\u00e7a obtained 57.14% of their 28 victories in La Liga by way of thrashing. Not in vain, the ‘cul\u00e9s’ surpassed the barrier of 100 goals (102) for the first time in eight years<\/a>, defeating 18 of their 19 rivals in the tournament and with the title decided a couple of matchdays before the end of the season.<\/p>

Only Betis (2-2 and 1-1) avoided falling in La Liga against Flick’s team, although in the Copa del Rey (5-1 in the round of 16) the ‘verdiblancos’ had fallen in a resounding way. <\/p>

In the second round, where the team only lost one match in 19 presentations (16 wins and 2 draws), Bar\u00e7a achieved another 9 victories by a wide margin against Valencia<\/strong> (7-1), Sevilla (1-4), Real Sociedad (4-0), Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid (2-4), Osasuna (3-0), Girona (4-1) and Athletic Club (0-3).<\/p>

    In that sense, Bar\u00e7a’s attack in 24-25 has been overwhelming from start to finish. The ‘cul\u00e9s’ led the five major leagues in Europe in terms of goals scored (102)<\/strong>, with 3 more than Bayern Munich (99) and 10 ahead of Paris Saint-Germain (92).<\/p>

    The Bavarians, however, have a better average of goals per match than Barcelona (2.68). Bayern <\/strong>scored their 99 goals in 34 matches, averaging 2.91 goals per match. PSG, for their part, closed the year with 2.42 goals per matchday.<\/p>
