Barça moved 7 points clear of Madrid after their victory in the Clásico. Check out the updated LaLiga 24/25 standings!

FC Barcelona is just one win away from winning their 28th LaLiga EA Sports 2024-25 title after 35 matchdays. The Blaugrana side came back in an incredible match against Real Madrid (4-3) and are one win away from clinching the title.

With this result, Barça has 82 points, 7 more than Real Madrid, who suffered their fourth consecutive defeat in Clásicos, this time at Montjuïc. The Whites were winning 0-2 in the 14th minute, but Barça turned it around with four goals before halftime.

Thus, Barça (82) occupies the first place in the table with a seven-point advantage over Real Madrid, located in the second position of LaLiga with 75 points.

In that sense, the Clásico at Montjuïc is worth half the league title for the ‘culés’. The victory allows Barcelona to escape to 7 points, with only 9 to be played. With that, a Blaugrana victory on Thursday in Cornellà against Espanyol (21:30 CEST) will be enough to settle the championship.

Atlético de Madrid, meanwhile, remains third with 70 points, 12 units below the Catalans and five behind Madrid. The ‘colchoneros’ thrashed Real Sociedad (4-0) on Saturday and no longer have any chance of fighting for the championship.
