Fortunately (for ‘Vini Jr.’<\/strong>), his team managed to advance to the next phase amid considerable controversy<\/a> that has diverted attention and made little to no mention of the apathetic match he had against the ‘colchoneros’. In that match, the most evident error was related to the penalty he missed, sending the ball into the clouds in a failed attempt to place it in the upper right corner of the goal defended by Jan Oblak<\/strong>. However, there were other aspects to consider, especially in the off-field realm.<\/p>

The left winger did not hesitate to confront the ‘colchonera’ fans<\/h2>

Vinicius Jr.<\/strong> ended up playing practically the entire match. It was not until the 115th minute that Carlo Ancelotti<\/strong> decided to substitute him, bringing in Endrick<\/strong>. During this change, the most provocative side of the player from S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo was displayed.<\/p>

Despite having a very unremarkable duel, instead of heading directly to the bench after being substituted, he decided to confront the Atl\u00e9tico fans, making the gesture that his team has 15 Champions and they have none<\/strong>. This gesture further enraged the ‘rojiblancos’ supporters, who were already quite upset with the left winger.<\/p>

The ‘7’ could not contribute anything offensively<\/h3>

Returning to the topic of Vinicius Jr.’s<\/strong> performance against Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid<\/strong> in this round of the Champions League, just looking at the statistics, one can see the lack of sharpness in his actions. In 115 minutes of play, he only managed to shoot twice on goal, failing to find the right direction in either of those attempts, meaning none of his shots posed a real threat to goalkeeper Jan Oblak<\/strong>.<\/p>

Additionally, of the 14 dribbling attempts he made, he was only successful three times<\/strong>. Likewise, he had a low participation in the game, as he only managed to connect with the ball 64 times, a notably low figure. These numbers clearly reflect that it was not his best day offensively.<\/p>

Regardless of everything that happened, instead of trying to go unnoticed, ‘Vini Jr.’ did not hesitate to once again remember the ‘colchonera’ fans at the end of the match, despite the controversy generated. Vinicius Jr. <\/strong>pointed again to the patch on the Real Madrid<\/strong> jersey that represents the 15 Champions.<\/p>

At the same time, he provoked another extremely regrettable incident. The ‘7’ displayed a Real Madrid tracksuit with a large crest on the back and left it on the grass of the Metropolitano as a clear provocation. This triggered a barrage of thrown objects<\/strong> and security forces had to intervene to prevent the situation from worsening.<\/p>
