adopted by the Assembly of The League the past 12 August 2021,<\/strong> relative to the operation between the League and CVC, when treating of an agreement that vulnera the foreseen in the applicable rule (and, in particular, among others, the Royal decree-Law 5\/2015) and that it was adopted in the frame of a notoriously irregular and disrespectful procedure with the minimum exigible guarantees to these effects, especially in front of an operation of such transcendence and length&#8221;.<\/p>  <p>Later, in a second writing shared by the club, has confirmed &#8220;the impugnation by part of the FC Barcelona of the agreement of Laliga with the investment fund CVC adopted in the Assembly of 12 August past,<strong> was agreed in the meeting of Managerial Board of the Club of the day of
