target=\"_self\" title=\"FC Barcelona\">the FC Barcelona<\/a><\/strong> during the day of this Thursday, after an ordinary session of the Managerial Board, have confirmed several key points of the club, like the economic closing 2020-21 and the budget for the exercise that already has begun (2021-22), as well as the date of the General Assembly of Partners, presentation of the due diligence, constitution of the company Bar\u00e7a Productions SL and proposal of statutory reform.<\/p>  <blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"> <p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"es\">\u2139 The Managerial Board, gathered in ordinary session, in the installations of the Camp Nou, has taken the following agreements ?<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/en\/MfhK1DT8C6\">https:\/\/t.co\/mfhk1dt8c6<\/a><\/p> \u2014 FC Barcelona (@FCBarcelona_is) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/en\/FCBarcelona_es\/status\/1438554892818386949?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 16, 2021<\/a> <\/blockquote> <p>The club has confirmed that the Managerial Board has approved the &#8220;closing of the economic exercise of the season 2020\/21, with <strong>some losses of 481 million euros.<\/strong> Also it has approved a budget of income of exploitation for the season 2021\/22 of <strong>765 million euros&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>  <p>Likewise, it has pautado the date of the General Assembly of Partners Compromisarios, that will be the weekend of the 16 and 17 October. &#8220;The Managerial Board has agreed to celebrate the next General Assembly of Partners Compromisarios<strong> the weekend of the 16 and 17 October<\/strong>, in the installations of the Club, coinciding with the visit of Valencia CF&#8221;.<\/p>  <p>Regarding the due diligence, has aimed that &#8220;the Wednesday 6 October will present publicly the results of the Due Diligence. <strong>The presentation will be to charge of Ferran Reverter, general director of the Club&#8221;.<\/strong> Of the company Bar\u00e7a Productions SL (<strong>Bar\u00e7a Studios<\/strong>), have reaffirmed that it has approved his constitution, that will integrate the audiovisual activity of Bar\u00e7a Studios, and where 100% of the social participation will be property of the FC Barcelona.<\/p>  <h3>Change of statutes?<\/h3>  <p>Finally, in the official communiqu\u00e9 has confirmed that it has agreed the presentation, in the next Assembly, a proposal dpara the modification of the Statutes, with different agreements, between which, &#8220;the possibility to give of high of partner of telematic form and<strong> the reduction of the next mandates of the
