Therefore it finish  another problematic for the tip<\/h2>  \r\n<div class=\"article-addons\">\r\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/en\/calendar-fc-barcelona.html\"\r\n       target=\"_self\"\r\n       title=\"Calendar of FC Barcelona\"\r\n       class=\"blue-gredient-btn\">\r\n       \r\n        Calendar of FC Barcelona    <\/a>\r\n<\/div>   <p>This Friday &#8220;Catalonia R\u00e0dio&#8221; has informed that<strong> the judge of the National High Court Jos\u00e9 of Kills it filed the case &#8220;Neymar 2&#8221; that it was consequence of a complaint presented by DIS<\/strong> after demanding 40% of the quantities that the<strong> FC Barcelona paid him to the Saints<\/strong> by the signing of the Brazilian forward. By this case so much <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/en\/tags\/neymar-jr.html\">Neymar J\u00fanior<\/a> like his father had to declare in front of the AN the past month of February in Madrid.<\/p> <p>The Barcelona club already foresaw this resolution of the judge since, weeks backwards,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelonanoticias.com\/fc-barcelona\/comunicado-el-barca-ratifica-el-pacto-por-el-caso-neymar_181545_102.html\"> the Bar\u00e7a had arrived to an agreement with the Fiscal\u00eda in relation to the case &#8220;Neymar 1&#8221;<\/a> and that so many problems has involved him to the club in the last weeks.<br><br>An agreement that brought the protests of, among others the ex president <strong>Joan Laporta<\/strong>, and that it was because of the agreement that the entity blaugrana had achieved the past 10 June. For this admitted two fiscal crimes in the years 2011 and 2013 and agreed  <strong>pay a fine of 5,5 million euros<\/strong>.
