The reigning **Copa del Rey** champion is already in the quarterfinals of the tournament. **FC Barcelona** did their homework, defeating **Racing de Santander (0-2)** to overcome their seventh consecutive tie in the tournament and advance to the top eight of the 25\/26 edition, where **Real Madrid** will not be after their embarrassing defeat in Albacete (3-2)<\/a><\/p>

First half goalless at El Sardinero<\/h2>

Racing forced three consecutive corners in the opening minutes, but with the exception of a weak shot by Guliashvili straight into Joan Garc\u00eda’s hands in the 21st minute, they did not pose a threat to the rival’s goal.<\/p>
