Barça ratifies the complaint against Rousaud and announce the new appointments

FC Barcelona published a statement to refer to the decisions that have been taken at this Monday's meeting. The Board has appointed the new charges and has also ratified the decision to denounce Emili Rousaud for his serious accusations.
