Joan Laporta and company explained the keys of the project and his new 'image', standing out that "we have corrected some anomalies. The first the one of the 12.500 credited that they had to move to third gradería. They had not foreseen technological advantages for a project that has to last one hundred years. We have improved it. It is a project that will pay alone. It will not cost money to the partner, neither will increase the ordinary cost, will not affect to the heritage neither to the sportive management. We will do the new Camp Nou, the new Palau that has done already 50 years, the small Palau and a Track of Gel new and all the investments in the surroundings. We will create also the Campus Barça that it will be a reference and the investments of the modifications of the Metropolitan General Plan".

Approval of the sale of part of Barça Studios

In another point, also very important, the partners have approved by a majority the sale of a part of Barça Studios. The Assembly voted by 397 in favour and 14 against, for the minoritary sale of the audiovisual producer of the Barcelona entity. Juli Guiu, vice-president of the Area of Marketing, explained that "the permission is to sell between a 20 and 49% maximum not to lose the control" and that the same will be to one or more investors. Laporta Stood out that it exists 17 offers until the moment.

The compromisarios showed concerned and asked to the club that expected to that the situation of the club stabilised to carry out the sale, but Laporta stood out that "there is interest and we are not a producer of contents.
