Barça could activate a third 'lever' to register the signings

The FC Barcelona is living a market of signings quite moved. They have been many the operations that have completed the Barcelona: Franck Kessié and Andreas Christensen like free agents, the signings of Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski, the renewal-signing of Ousmane Dembélé...
