The court of the Contentious Administrative number 11 of Madrid has endorsed the use of the flags esteladas in the final of the Glass of the King of 2016 when considering that it treats of a "demonstration of the ideological freedom and of the right to spread freely the thoughts".

The magistrate, in a sentence given to know this Friday, cancels partially the order of the delegate of the Government in Madrid, Concepción Dancausa, in which it forbade the exhibition of the flags independentistas Catalans during the party between the Barcelona and the Seville, that contested on 22 May of the past year.

The resolution establishes that "it can not consider that the exhibition of the estelada can comport or generate violence, racism, xenofobia or intolerance in the sport, being a mere demonstration of the ideological freedom and of the right to spread freely the thoughts".

It does justice

It is the same court that in his moment refused the measures cautelares asked by the Delegation of the Government to prevent the entrance to the stadium Vicente Calderón -where contested the final- with the esteladas. A positive news for the Barça and those fans that opt for exhibiting them.
