"The FC Barcelona has interposed today in front of the Courts of Madrid a contentious resource special official for the protection of fundamental rights and a request of measure cautelar of suspension of the resolution that announced yesterday the delegate of the government in the Community of Madrid".
"This resolution forbids the exhibition of flags esteladas in the final of the Glass of the King that will celebrate next Sunday in the stadium Vicente Calderón, and that will contest the FC Barcelona with the Seville.
"The juridical foundation of the resource that today has presented the club bases in the violation of the fundamental right to the freedom of expression and in the fault of foundation of the measure because it presupposes an offensive will in the exhibition of estelades. With actions like this the FC Barcelona defends and will follow defending the freedom of expression of his partners and fans".
In these moments expects answer of the Court in this regard, but the true is that it seems little likely that go to cancel the decision taken by the Delegation of the Government of Madrid. It will be complicated to see esteladas next Sunday in Vicente Calderón.
