Finally, the Barça has gone out victorious of the crossing of demands that there was does some months with the ex Barcelona Neymar. The social court number 15 of Barcelona has dictated sentence in favour of the Catalan entity in the crossing of indictments that was supported by the Brazilian forward, in which both parts demanded diverse quantities as a result of the renewal and the back course of the player to Paris Saint-Germain.
The club culé has issued a communiqué in which it has explained the sentence dictated this Friday. "The FC Barcelona expresses his satisfaction by the sentence dictated today by the Social Court 15 of Barcelona, in relation with the demands interposed between the FC Barcelona and the player Neymar Jr in claim of quantity in resarcimiento of the signing bonus subscribed in the last contractual renewal", prayed the text.
Besides, the press release of the FC Barcelona explains also that no only the club will remain free of the payment of 43,6 million euros, but the own Neymar will have to give back the entity culé other 6,7 'kilos'. "The sentence desestima entirely the demand of the player, that demanded the payment of 43,6 million euros, and big esteem part of the demand presented by the FC Barcelona, in virtue of which the player has to give back to the Club 6,7 million euros", continued the communiqué.
Finally, the FC Barcelona remembered that Neymar and his surroundings still are in right plenary to resort the judicial sentence but that, if this sucede, the Barcelona entity will follow defending his posture. "Since this resolution can be resorted by the representation of the player, the Club will continue defending with firmness his legitimate interests", finalises.
We remember that this crossing of demands has his origin in the renewal of Neymar few months before fichar by Paris Saint-Germain. The Brazilian signed his new agreement earning an important premium of renewal, but shortly after went to the French team and the Barça understood that it did not have to credit the remaining quantity of the premium. Thus there was a double complaint.
It complicates his return?
