Xavi Hernández has conceded an interview to the digital magazine 'The Tactical Room' in which it speaks of how sees the current Barça, where sees in a future and which memories saves of his career.
As it already did some weeks, Xavi has criticised the current management of the quarry. "In general, the Barça has slept . It thought that the ship went only. It is necessary to improve the quarry and his model of game. The young footballer has to suck this form to play so that when it arrive to the first team have all the very learnt concepts".
Before his last year like professional, Xavi already begins to think like a trainer and tries to explain which is his philosophy: "The trainers of the quarry have to form players, have to teach. What more gives to win the childish league! It is necessary to form to the childish! If you win, better, but is not the aim", has affirmed.
It shared changing room with Messi and understood of wonder. Therefore Xavi has wanted to define him like few have done it: "Leo can do of Xavi, of Iniesta and of Busquets at the same time and go on doing of Messi. It seems a machine built to play to football, with this ankle of rubber that hits to the balloon… Is the mould of the footballer".
It needs to learn how be trainer
It is his challenge, is his dream... And already it begins to pursue it. Xavi will be some day trainer of the Barça, but for this still is missing a lot: "Right now I could not be trainer, can not deceive to anybody. It is missing me a lot of for learning to be able to be trainer. I know the methodology, but have to learn to use it".
"To be trainer of the FC Barcelona it is necessary to be very, very, very very formed, but, insist, my dream is to be some day in the bench of the FC Barcelona", concluded Xavi, a sincere and honest type that does not doubt in thinking openly.
