The Room of the Contentious Official in the Upper Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC), has in his hands a complaint that made by part of the Federation of Residents' associations of Barcelona and the CUP, in front of the Departament of Territori i Sostenibilitat, the City council of Barcelona and the FC Barcelona, these last in quality of codemandados.
The querella comes to place by the project of stadium that presented the previous Managerial Board, chaired by Bartomeu, that finished almost of the worst way with his resignation in front of the threat of a motion of censorship that went very very directed.

To be approved the application of the demandante, the Barcelona would have a grave problem when confronting a big quantity of losses that go further of the invested in the stadium and the project, since a big quantity of sponsors can appear in the club thanks to this plan culé that appears like saviour of the arks of money.
