The secretary of State for the Sport, José Ramón Lete, has participated the inauguration of a forum for the Communication, football and sportive management in which it has refused, at least for now, the possibility to modify the Law of the Sport to include to clubs that are not of Spain or Andorra, as it is drafted right now, and against of what ask members of the Generalitat.
"This is something that do not contemplate in this moment. The Law of the Sport go it to change because it is in our leaf of route from two months ago. It is of the year 90. But this modification do not contemplate it right now", has explained the secretary of State for the Sport, leaving clear so clubs like FC Barcelona or Espanyol would remain out of LaLiga if Catalonia independizase of Spain.
